Embellished Austin, private residence

In the images above and below, you can see Uli's Lion, in an almost finished state. The firebox, and the wall behind, will be textured and pigmented, to compliment the work done on the fireplace surround. The surround is done with pure talent, white portland cement, and Espey sand.

In the images above are some shots taken in October 2000, of the fireplace in the wine cellar - Uli's Lion. It's nine feet from the floor to the top of the mane. I will put some pictures of the finished fireplace here, next time I get to Austin.
